We aim to provide quality products and a positive shopping experience. Due to the personal nature of wellness and topical products, all sales are final for safety and hygiene reasons.


However, we will review and support the following situations:


 

When Returns/Refunds May Be Approved

 

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

 

  • The product arrived damaged,

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order was incomplete due to an error on our side.

 


If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photos documenting the issue.

Refunds

 

 

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • We do not guarantee refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original, unused condition.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

 


 

Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet begun processing or shipping.

Once an order is being prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
