Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive:

A confirmation email when your order is placed, and

A shipping email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control may occur.
If expedited or international options are available, they will appear at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the locations listed at checkout. If your address is not supported, the system will prevent you from completing the order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to correct the address, but changes are not guaranteed.
Damaged or Missing Items in Shipment
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item:

Email info@rida-herps.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number, and
-
Clear photos of the packaging and affected items.

We will review the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy and may offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method if approved.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it:

Please contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim.

We will support your claim where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)
For any orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
